Television judge and former prosecutor, Nancy Grace, recently went berserk during a debate with my good friend, Mason Tavert, founder of Marijuana Policy Project.  In this jaw-dropping debate, Mr. Tvert owns the Judge as she spews 1930's reefer madness propaganda.  Five stars for Mr. Tavert's debate skills and activism but Nancy Grace just did more for marijuana legalization than any activist before her time.  Thanks, Nancy! Mason reaction to how they respond to what he said around alcohol etc was priceless the shake of the head and the little laugh, that is when you know you are not going to get through to whomever you are speaking. Love the fact that he recognised this and then turned the argument against their old school mind set, which neither responded too, probably because they are to busy trying to down talk him than listen to the intelligent things he is trying to say.

This #CannabisMommy can testify that Cannabis saved her life & enables her to be a better parent. Mason, I can not thank you enough for taking on this difficult interview – you made us all proud. Nancy Grace, you ought to be ashamed of yourself for making such outrageous claims & without facts to back them up! Then cutting the mic, really? What are you two years old? Tantrums are not becoming of a lady and neither is your demeanor. You MAKE your husband hide his soda? Its a wonder you’re still married, I can only imagine the way you act at home based on your television appearances and I’d bet my bottom dollar that he only stays for your paycheck. Brad, “Anybody can work for a non-profit organization?” Really!? Well then why do you choose to pay your bills off the backs of people with addictions instead of working for a non-profit recovery center? I’d guess it’s because you’re greedy, and don’t really care about helping anybody. Cannabis can be used to conquer addiction in fact. Not to mention that it has been shown to cause apoptosis in leukemic cancer cells across multiple scholarly, peer reviewed, research articles. Do some research. 90% of people who try marijuana become addicted? Where are you getting these phony statistics from? Psychological dependence is a function of personal mentality, addiction is physiological. Marijuana is a plant that comes straight from the Earth, like coffee and Nancy, whoever you are talking about wrecking their lives and “stabbing, shooting and strangling each other” must have been doing more drugs that you are aware about. Them smoking pot has no relation to their actions.
